This notice explains how personal data is processed under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

Your personal data is processed by Armillis acting as data controller, within the scope described below. The registered trade name, address and official contact details of the controller will be stated in the final version of this notice.

We process the identity and contact details you submit through the contact form or other channels, together with the information you share about your project.

Purpose and Legal Basis

Your data is processed to evaluate your enquiry, prepare a proposal, communicate with you and conduct pre-contractual discussions.

Processing relies on the grounds in Article 5 of the KVKK: that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, and that the data subject has given explicit consent.

Transfers

Your personal data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Service providers such as hosting and email infrastructure may access data only as needed to provide the service.

Your Rights Under Article 11

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed
  • Request information if it has been processed
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
  • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
  • Request erasure or destruction within the conditions set out in the law
  • Request that such actions be notified to third parties the data was transferred to
  • Object to a result against you arising from automated analysis of the data
  • Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing

You can submit requests relating to these rights through the contact channels on this site. Requests are answered within thirty days at the latest.
